Shaquan Jefferson, Licensed Professional Therapist (in-training)

Shaquan Jefferson is a Licensed Professional Therapist (in-training). She is working towards obtaining her Doctoral Degree in Psychology. She is also a certified life coach who focuses on mindfulness practices and a Person-Centered Approach to assist future clients.

Shaquan drives to serve the community and advocate for others to empower their voice. Shaquan's primary goal is to allow others to prioritize their mental well-being while focusing on the mind, body, heart, and soul.



Paula Daine, LICSW 

Paula is originally from Northern Michigan near Canada. Paula earned her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology (Agency Counseling). Paula has been practicing as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license (LICSW) since 1990 in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. Paula identifies as Mixed (Metis) Chippewa Indian and Caucasian background. She has a strong interest in multicultural relations and speaks French (intermediate). 

Paula specializes in the following areas: Co-occurring disorders (emotional issues-mental health and substance abuse/addictions); Anger management, Anxiety, Codependency; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Domestic violence and abuse; Marital-relationship issues; Family issues. 



Briana Thomas, LMFT, Owner/Founder (not accepting new clients)

Briana is a Licensed Couple and Family Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional licensed in WI, NV, FL, and CA. She earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program in Southeast Florida, Nova Southeastern University. Briana is currently pursuing a PsyD at Alliant International University in Los Angeles, CA. Briana has several years working in outpatient community mental health, AODA treatment facilities and school mental health.

With nearly a decade in the field, Briana has received in-depth clinical training and experience with the Gottman's relationship method, trauma treatment for individuals, couples and families, intergenerational therapy such as Bowen family therapy and Narrative family therapy. Briana has also successfully integrated AODA treatment into practice with families and couples. Briana has a specialty emphasis in the treatment of couples, families and relational issues.
