Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic therapy practice. The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a range of mental health issues. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Therapeutic Services:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' therapeutic needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy to clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
2. Client-Centered Approach:
Ensure therapy is client-centered, affirming, and culturally sensitive.
Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress.
Foster a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
3. Education and Support:
Educate clients about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Offer guidance and support to clients as they navigate personal challenges.
Provide resources and referrals as needed.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and external partners when necessary.
Communicate with clients' support networks, including family members and caregivers, as appropriate.
5. Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
Stay current with best practices and emerging therapies within the field.
Maintain an active clinical license in state of which services will be provided.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
State license as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD or PhD in CA, NV or WI.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong commitment to ethical and culturally sensitive therapy practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organization and documentation skills.
Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the practice.
