Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic therapy practice. The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a range of mental health issues. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.


Responsibilities:

1. Therapeutic Services:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' therapeutic needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

2. Client-Centered Approach:

  • Ensure therapy is client-centered, affirming, and culturally sensitive.

  • Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress.

  • Foster a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

3. Education and Support:

  • Educate clients about mental health conditions and treatment options.

  • Offer guidance and support to clients as they navigate personal challenges.

  • Provide resources and referrals as needed.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and external partners when necessary.

  • Communicate with clients' support networks, including family members and caregivers, as appropriate.

5. Professional Development:

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

  • Stay current with best practices and emerging therapies within the field.

  • Maintain an active clinical license in state of which services will be provided.


Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

  • State license as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD or PhD in CA, NV or WI.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A strong commitment to ethical and culturally sensitive therapy practices.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strong organization and documentation skills.

  • Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the practice.
